Thanks to all your lovely selves, TDM is growing beyond all our better expectations. As most of you know, this is a one-man operation, born out of a stubborn, incurable love for music, and it will only make sense if it remains a freely accessible point for musical discovery and exploration.
Reality does have its burdens though, and we always appreciate a little help to keep the lights on. So far, the paid subscriber option of our Substack has only given you (hopefully) a warm fuzzy feeling in your heart that you’re supporting the artists featured on TDM and the weirdo who does his best to show them to you. Now, however, it’s time to get something palpable out of it too: with every ANNUAL (or FOUNDING MEMBER) subscription, you’ll get a limited, exclusive The Devil’s Mouth tote bag sent to you, with free postage worldwide as well.
Furthermore, a new semi-regular feature called Bandcamp Basement will be introduced soon, and that one (and only that one) will only be available for subscribers (for the MONTHLY ones too). Sorry for this little selective paywall, but it really is a necessity so everything else you (hopefully, again) love about TDM remains 100% free.
