The quality of the production might be single-handedly responsible for making or breaking an album, so it is well deserved that sometimes we shine the spotlight on the men and women working often long and lonely hours in the bowels of studios to make sure that the bands you love sound as awesome as you want them to. Of course, it helps that our guest for this episode is also a great musician - a drummer, in fact, and so he has the perspective of how it is to be on both sides of the mixing desk.
